Structural Drawings
and Calculations
Our engineers use the latest technology such as Tekla, AutoCAD and Revit to deliver high-quality drawings and 3D illustrations. Ours services include planning, steel fabrication, concrete reinforcement and temporary works drawings. Our aim is to provide the best in quality design to help support the project, whatever the requirement.
Planning
and applications
We can offer support across the planning & building control applications that are needed for any residential or commercial project. Furthermore, we cover ‘new builds’, house extensions, loft conversion projects and everything in between. Our services include application to the local authority, and acting as an agent for the duration of the project.
Project Management
Construction requires serious leadership, and we can assist with the following: Creating Construction Benchmarks; Scheduling; Risk Management; Managing the Budget; Resource Optimisation; Managing and Communicating with Employees; Project Appraisal; Periodic Report on the Work Progress.

FAQs
Yes we do. Currently, we are based in Chelmsford, Essex and can travel within Essex or London on short notice. However, if you are based outside this scope, please contact us, and we can plan an on-site visit.
The calculations can range from steel calculations to foundation designs and drawings to accompany them. These designs and drawings are to be done with sustainability in mind.
Sub Services include the steel fabrication drawings inclusive of GA’s / Elevations / 3D models / individual fab drawings
Steel connections (separate to the calculations of members)
Reinforcement drawings for RC elements.
